HR Trainee learns and offers support to the HR team and ensures efficiency and seamless HR practices.
Roles and Responsibilities
Work with HR team to ensure efficient on-boarding process
Provide administrative support on employee files and records by ensuring that all necessary support documents have been filed.
Liaise with employees and external candidates to provide support where required and answer queries with regards to various issues.
Schedule interviews, and assist in coordinating the interviews scheduled.
Learn the employee benefits program including insurance, paid over time, and other benefits offered by the company.
Make phone calls to new candidates and keep them updated on the status of their applications.
Ask questions and make notes on HR best practices and procedures and implement them into the work you do.
Provide excellent customer service to internal employees by assisting them with any queries they may have.
Coordinate pre-employment checks and conditions of engagement.
Offer assistance in ensuring smooth trainings
Stay up to date with industrial trends and best practices.
