Job Description
AfriCareers.net is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team for a remote office in Kyanja. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online recruitment processes, ensuring that job postings are accurate, engaging, and reach the right audience. This role involves a blend of administrative tasks, digital marketing, and client interaction to support our mission of connecting job seekers with their ideal careers.
Duties and Responsibilities
Scheduling and Publishing Display Ads:
Schedule and publish display ads on the AfriCareers.net website.
Ensure ads are visually appealing and correctly targeted.
Posting Job Vacancies:
Post job vacancies as they are submitted by clients.
Ensure all job postings are accurate and up-to-date.
Email Campaigns:
Send email campaigns to job seekers about the latest job postings and those about to expire.
Track and analyze the performance of email campaigns.
Proofreading Job Posts:
Proofread job postings to ensure there are no errors.
Verify that links are clickable, jobs are correctly categorized, and application instructions are accurate.
Authenticating Job Posts:
Authenticate job postings to ensure they are spam-free and not fraudulent.
Implement measures to detect and prevent fraudulent job postings.
Social Media Promotion:
Promote job postings on all our social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, and WhatsApp groups.
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and reach.
Crafting Professional CVs:
Assist in crafting professional CVs for clients.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve clients' CVs.
Shortlisting and Forwarding Applications:
Make shortlists and forward job applications for our premium members.
Ensure premium members do not miss out on available job opportunities.
Profiling Hiring Companies:
Profile hiring companies to ensure accurate information about their office locations, core business, and other relevant details.
Update and maintain company profiles to help job seekers understand potential employers.
Additional Duties:
Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications and Competencies
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Fresh graduates, Graduate trainee / interns are preferred. Experience in digital marketing, recruitment, or a related role will only be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of online recruitment processes and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent proofreading and editing skills.
Proficiency in using social media platforms for business promotion.
Experience with email marketing tools and analytics.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
These will be an added advantage:
Experience in the recruitment industry.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Knowledge of SEO and web analytics.
You should be residing within the vicinity of our remote office in Kyanja.
