Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals within the department.
Update the HR reporting tools (weekly report, dash board, organization chart)
Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company format policies are followed, and recommend revisions.
Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals within the department.
Complete forms in accordance with company procedures and policies.
Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
Follow-up and update department’s vacation planning
Arrange conferences, meetings, and travel reservations for department personnel.
Answer telephones and give information to callers, text messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals within the department.
Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons.
Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies. Make copies of correspondence and other printed material.
Maintain scheduling, take appointments and update event calendars for Human Resources Manager
Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail and other material, and prepare answers to routine letters.
Order and dispense supplies through petty cash for office consumables. Keep records of collections and disbursements.
To provide support to the talent development team in the following duties
Talent Development Support:
Support in the launch of relevant communication with support from the TDs
Staff Mobility Process
Support in in the preparation of documents for personnel going on international assignment.
Support in in the preparation of managers Appointment memo’s when required.
Data Management & Reporting :
Maintain shared files and team documents in SharePoint.
Provide staff information and analysis from the job posting database to the Talent Development team.
Prepare weekly and all other reports and analysis required by the Talent Development
Interfaces :
Liaise with HRIS to update staff data.
Follow up on visa status with Expatriate Admin for staff going on International Assignment.
Liaises with local staff for necessary documentation on various processes

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any other related field
Experience:
University education with at least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
High level of Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; Excel, Word and Power point.
Strong skills in Data Analysis and Reporting.
Excellent oral & written communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge and understanding of local labor markets and employment law regimes.
General knowledge of Oil & Gas operations
Good organization skills
Excellent computer skills .
