Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to take on the role of Head of MFS Solution and Technology. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a customer-centric mindset.
You will lead a high-performing team of MFS Solution Architects and Cloud professionals to deliver the Ericsson Wallet Platform. As part of the MFS Service Delivery Leadership Team, you’ll be instrumental in driving our solution design, technology strategy, and delivery excellence.

How to Apply
Own the contractual solution scope and technical requirements.
Lead the technical design authority in alignment with MFS standards and best practices.
Align technology strategy and product roadmap with evolving customer needs.
Act as the senior escalation point for design and integration issues.
Ensure high-quality deliverables from Solution Architects and Business Analysts.
Build and lead a high-performing, compliant, and ethical technology team.
Drive recruitment efforts to attract top-tier FinTech talent, prioritizing diversity.
Oversee project execution in accordance with contracts, KPIs, and SLAs.
Manage service and work level agreements, and resolve customer escalations.
Apply a consultative, culturally adaptive approach in line with company values and safety standards.
Foster long-term client relationships and represent the company in key meetings.
Lead initiatives on process improvement, best practice implementation, and strategic development.
Ensure compliance with global methodologies, tools, and quality frameworks.
Promote reuse and standardization across MFS verticals to drive operational efficiency.
10–15 years of leadership experience in telecom and/or ICT environments.
Minimum of 5 years in FinTech, particularly in partnerships with telecom operators.
Prior experience with the Ericsson Wallet Platform (EWP) is an advantage.
Proficiency in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead cross-cultural, cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Deep understanding of Ericsson’s business, delivery, and financial models.
Proven operational, business, and financial acumen.
Background in resource planning and team development.
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MSc, MBA) is preferred.
