Job Purpose
The Hard Collections Call Center Supervisor will lead and manage a team of call center agents focused on recovering overdue accounts. You will ensure the team conducts effective phone collections, performs skip tracing, and adheres strictly to recovery policies. The role requires strategic and professional handling of high-risk accounts, maintaining compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.

How to Apply
Team Management & Supervision
Lead and supervise hard collections agents to meet daily and weekly targets.
Monitor team performance and conduct regular reviews with feedback, training, and mentorship.
Oversee recovery efforts for accounts in hard/default stages.
Ensure timely resolution of overdue accounts to minimize portfolio at risk (PAR).
Guide the team in advanced skip tracing methods to locate hard-to-reach clients.
Collaborate closely with field collections for effective repossessions.
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare and submit collection performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Manage escalated cases, resolving disputes and customer complaints promptly.
Analyze default trends and recommend improvements to recovery strategies.
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Familiarity with field collections tools and CRM/ERP systems
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in debt recovery, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Experience in microfinance, banking, or financial services is a plus
