Job Description
As a Graphics Design Intern, you will be involved in producing visually engaging content for NerdzFactory’s digital platforms including social media and websites. You will collaborate closely with the communications, partnership, and content teams to create and maintain brand-aligned materials. This role also involves basic photography and video editing tasks and requires an eye for aesthetics, detail, and consistency. It offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative work environment, ideal for a serving corps member looking to enhance their design portfolio.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Design creative graphics for digital platforms such as social media and websites.
Edit photos by retouching, cropping, and adjusting color for high-quality output.
Create and edit video content for various digital and marketing campaigns.
Capture high-resolution images using smartphones and digital cameras.
Work closely with the communications, content, and partnership teams.
Assist in conceptualizing and executing visually appealing campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency in all multimedia content produced.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
NYSC Corps Member currently serving in Lagos with at least 8 months left before POP.
Passion for graphic design and multimedia creation.
Familiarity with design and editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, and Premiere Pro.
Basic photography and photo-editing skills.
Good visual storytelling skills and a sharp eye for design.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
Strong time management and communication skills.
Prior experience or a creative portfolio is an added advantage.
Proximity to job location will be considered a plus.
