Job Description

As a Sales Supervisor, you will oversee a field team of Market Developers, ensuring efficient customer onboarding, revenue generation, and customer retention. You’ll train, recruit, and evaluate your team’s performance, implement corporate strategies, and use digital tools to drive business transformation. You will also act as the link between customers and the company, representing Kyosk.App’s vision and goals in the region.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Market Developers and monitor individual performance

  • Generate and validate sales leads, create a sales pipeline

  • Execute customer acquisition strategies and achieve registration targets

  • Drive revenue by converting prospects and increasing average basket sizes

  • Expand into new markets and leverage existing customer referrals

  • Ensure 100% collection of receivables

  • Conduct training and performance evaluations for team members

  • Maintain strong client relationships and handle customer feedback

  • Promote Kyosk’s Farm & Fresh brand and corporate positioning

  • Gather market intelligence and suggest strategy improvements

  • Promote the use of Kyosk’s digital platforms and financial services

  • Analyze consumption data and generate accurate sales reports

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field


Experience:

  • 4–5 years in B2B sales, preferably in FMCG or fresh produce

  • Supervisory experience in a customer-facing role

  • Knowledge and experience in HORECA sales (commercial kitchens) is a plus

  • Strong record in initiating sales and achieving targets

  • Proven team management and coaching experience

  • Familiarity with sales automation tools (e.g., CRM)
