The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the bar’s operations, ensuring excellent service, strong financial performance, and a motivated team. You will manage staff, operations, finances, and guest experiences, while supporting Hugamara’s brand and values.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Leadership: Hire, train, and manage staff; build a positive, customer-focused team.
Operations: Ensure smooth daily operations, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and licensing regulations.
Finance: Monitor sales, control costs, manage inventory, and ensure profitability.
Customer Service: Maintain high service standards; handle guest feedback professionally.
Strategy: Support promotions, events, and business development initiatives to grow the bar’s success.
