About Kyosk
At Kyosk Digital Services, we’re redefining retail distribution by using technology to connect small retail outlets directly with suppliers. As we grow our presence in Uganda, we’re looking for a dynamic Fulfillment Manager to lead our warehousing, logistics, and last-mile delivery operations.
Role Overview
As the Fulfillment Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of Kyosk’s warehouse and logistics operations in Uganda. You will oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, fleet coordination, and 3PL service providers, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and exceptional customer service.
This role requires strong strategic thinking, operational execution, and people leadership to drive process excellence, cost control, and service delivery.

How to Apply
Strategic & Operational Leadership
Develop and implement warehousing and logistics strategies, SOPs, and best practices to enhance efficiency and service levels.
Translate strategy into actionable goals and manage daily operations to ensure timely order fulfillment and stock accuracy.
Identify operational inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities through data-driven decision-making.
Warehouse & Inventory Management
Manage inventory levels, minimize stock-outs and overstock situations.
Oversee stock handling procedures, ensuring adherence to FIFO and FEFO principles.
Conduct regular stock counts and ensure 100% system-to-physical stock accuracy.
Logistics & Fleet Coordination
Plan and optimize transport routes to ensure on-time and in-full (OTIF) deliveries.
Supervise vehicle scheduling, usage, maintenance, and insurance.
Coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure cost-effective and compliant logistics operations.
Order Fulfillment & Delivery
Oversee the end-to-end order processing cycle and ensure prompt and accurate deliveries.
Enforce payment collection protocols during deliveries (e.g., Mpesa payments).
Monitor delivery KPIs, including cost, time, and customer satisfaction metrics.
3PL & Vendor Management
Negotiate contracts and manage performance of third-party logistics providers.
Ensure compliance with service-level agreements and drive continuous improvement in delivery performance.
Compliance, Risk & Safety
Ensure full compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
Maintain a safe work environment and enforce OSHA practices.
Lead risk management strategies related to inventory loss, damage, or fleet issues.
Performance & People Management
Define KPIs for warehouse and logistics staff; monitor and review team performance.
Coach and develop high-performing teams to deliver against operational targets.
Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
At least 5–6 years of experience in warehousing/logistics, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse operations.
Hands-on experience in FMCG, retail, or manufacturing industries preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
Familiarity with key warehousing KPIs and operational metrics.
