Job Description
Partunify is seeking a Front Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a warm and professional welcome to all guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling inquiries efficiently, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and promptly address any queries.
Greet all guests with a friendly and welcoming smile upon arrival.
Answer and direct incoming calls to ensure efficient communication.
Provide accurate information about hotel rates and services to help guests make informed choices.
Make and confirm guest reservations, ensuring correct room allocation.
Register guests and verify information and payment details.
Issue room keys and courteously guide guests to their rooms.
Maintain accurate records of room bookings for efficient hotel management.
Compute guest billings, post charges accurately, and manage house accounts.
Receive and deliver messages to guests promptly and correctly.
Respond to in-person and phone inquiries with helpful information about local attractions and services.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest needs and complaints.
Complete required reports such as incident logs and daily activity records as directed by management.
Manage conference room bookings and schedules.
Process guest check-outs, review charges, and ensure accurate payment handling.
Notify housekeeping when rooms are vacated and ready for cleaning.
Monitor hotel visitors and enforce security and safety protocols.
Enforce hotel policies, maintaining a pleasant environment for all guests.
Keep the Front Desk and reception area neat and presentable at all times.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education:
Diploma in any academic discipline is required.
Experience:
Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality-related role is preferred.
Skills & Qualities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective problem-solving and a proactive, professional approach.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Warm, welcoming attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments.
