How to Apply
Supervise and coordinate all salon staff and day-to-day activities to ensure efficient operations.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage satisfaction and repeat business.
Oversee the salon's appearance, hygiene, ambiance, and service quality.
Lead marketing campaigns and promotions to attract new clients and boost revenue.
Ensure compliance with all hygiene, safety, and professional industry standards.
Monitor daily sales, manage petty cash, and maintain financial records.
Keep accurate inventory records and ensure timely replenishment of products and supplies.
Support and schedule salon staff while providing mentorship and guidance.
Conduct consultations with clients to assess their needs and offer professional styling advice.
Organize in-house training and development sessions for team skill enhancement.
