Job Description
The Front Desk Officer will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing customer service support, managing inquiries, maintaining front office records, and supporting basic administrative tasks.

- Receive and attend to clients, visitors, and members professionally
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Provide accurate information on company products and services
- Maintain front office records and client registers
- Support basic administrative and customer service functions
