Job Description
Vertical Consultants is seeking a Front Desk / Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front office operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting day-to-day administrative activities while maintaining a professional and friendly reception environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Receive, welcome, and direct clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls, emails, and front desk correspondence.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Schedule appointments and manage visitor logs.
- Provide accurate information about the company’s services and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff.
- Support client engagement activities and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and data entry.
- Assist with office coordination and support other administrative staff as required.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of client information.
