Job Description
The Administrative Officer (Part-Time) will be responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company. The role involves office coordination, inventory and supplies management, facility oversight, and provision of secretarial and staff support services.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Support general office and operations management to ensure efficient daily workflows.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement of consumables.
- Oversee facility management, including office maintenance and coordination with service providers.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and staff.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare correspondence, and manage office schedules.
- Support supervision of support staff and ensure adherence to office procedures.
- Assist with internal communication and administrative reporting.
- Perform any other administrative duties as assigned.
