Job Description
The F&B Manager oversees day-to-day F&B operations across restaurants, bars, room service, and events, ensuring adherence to budgeted guidelines and high service standards. The role preserves excellent internal/external customer service, designs and refreshes menus, responds proactively to guest needs, and partners with other departments (kitchen, front office, housekeeping, finance) to deliver seamless service. The manager sets SOPs, monitors costs, drives quality and hygiene compliance, mentors staff, and uses the hotel PMS (EZEE/OPERA) for reservations, billing, and reporting.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Manage all F&B outlets and daily operations to budget and brand standards.
Maintain top-tier guest service; resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
Design, price, and continuously improve menus in collaboration with culinary leads.
Monitor food & beverage cost, waste control, inventory, and supplier performance.
Implement and enforce SOPs, HACCP/food safety, hygiene, and EHS standards.
Lead, schedule, train, and appraise F&B teams; build a high-performance culture.
Coordinate with Sales/Events for banquets and special functions; ensure flawless execution.
Generate operational/performance reports (occupancy–F&B capture, revenue, expenses).
Utilize PMS (EZEE/OPERA) and related systems for reservations, postings, and analysis.
Drive upselling, promotions, and guest engagement initiatives to grow revenue.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field.
10+ years in a similar F&B leadership role.
Proven experience in 4/5-star hotel environments.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
PMS proficiency: EZEE/OPERA.
Solid financial acumen (budgeting, cost control) and menu engineering know-how.
People leadership: coaching, performance management, and team development.
