Job Title:  Fleet Manager

Organisation: Next Media

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda

Reports to: Head of Operations


The Fleet Manager is responsible for the efficient and cost-effective management of the company’s vehicle fleet. This includes overseeing the acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of vehicles, as well as managing fuel, insurance, and other related costs. The Fleet Manager will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, while providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in fleet management or transportation field.

  • Valid driver’s license with a number of classes and clean driving record

  • Knowledge of local roads and routes.

  • Skills: Strong analytical, organizational skills, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience in fleet management software and data analysis tools.
