Job Description
The Financial Advisors will be responsible for assessing clients’ financial goals and designing customized investment plans that align with those goals. They will maintain and review client portfolios, provide professional advice on financial planning, and promote Wealth Capital Fund products. The role requires strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as a CMSA Investment Advisory Certification. Advisors will also contribute to expanding the company’s client base while ensuring excellent client service and compliance with capital market regulations.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice to clients.
Assess clients’ financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance.
Develop tailored investment strategies and financial solutions.
Maintain and monitor client portfolios, conducting periodic performance reviews.
Promote and cross-sell Wealth Capital Fund’s financial products and services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and support.
Prepare reports and presentations for clients on portfolio performance.
Stay updated on financial market trends, investment products, and regulations.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education & Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
Capital Markets and Securities Authority (CMSA) Investment Advisory Certification (mandatory).
Experience
Prior experience in financial advisory, banking, insurance, or related sectors is an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent relationship management and client service skills.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical and financial planning skills.
