Job Title: Field Sales Agent
Reports To: Regional Sales Supervisor
Locations: Mukono, Kampala, Wakiso, Soroti, Lira, Arua, Gulu, Moroto, Mbale, Hoima, Fort Portal, Mbarara, and Luwero
Job Summary:
The Field Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting company products and services in assigned territories, building customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct field-based sales and marketing activities.
- Identify and recruit new customers and agents.
- Promote FMCG products and company services within assigned territories.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct market surveys and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activities.
- Ensure timely reporting of field activities and sales performance.
- Support brand visibility and promotional campaigns.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Maintain professionalism while representing the company.
