Job Description
The Field Coordinator will supervise and guide several Field Agents across assigned districts, managing daily schedules, customer outreach, and sales performance. This role includes overseeing repayment follow-ups, conducting training sessions, managing inventory, ensuring efficient stove maintenance, and acting as a liaison between field teams and management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and familiar with the local community in their applied location.

How to Apply
Assign daily targets and locations to Field Agents based on data insights
Monitor performance via dashboards, ensuring targets are met
Supervise and support documentation for consumer finance sales and repayments
Conduct spot-checks and ensure agents are stationed correctly
Lead weekly huddles, train agents on sales, usage, syncing, and customer service
Re-engage low-usage customers and improve portfolio usage
Resolve maintenance issues and coordinate replacements
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales and repayment performance
Manage inventory and oversee fuel and parts distribution
Act as the communication bridge between field teams and management
Ensure proper handling and protection of customer data

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
At least 2–3 years’ experience in field operations, sales, or portfolio management, preferably in renewable energy or consumer finance
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Data analysis and reporting abilities
Must speak the local language and be a native of the location applied for
Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours
