How to Apply
Your key responsibilities are:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the company’s security services in the country.
Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to security operations.
Implement best practices in security management and continuously improve operational efficiency.

Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their security needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Address client concerns and escalate issues as needed to ensure prompt resolution.
Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion of services within the country.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
Collaborate with the senior management team to align business strategies and initiatives.
Prepare and manage the annual budget for the country’s operations.
Monitor financial performance against budget and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Ensure cost-effective operations and maximize profitability while maintaining service quality.
Assess security risks and threats in the operating environment and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with security protocols and emergency response procedures.
Establish clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and conduct regular performance reviews to assess individual and team contributions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement by implementing performance improvement plans where necessary and driving high-performance standards across all departments.
Lead, mentor, and motivate department heads to drive performance.

Job Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience of at least 5 years in a senior management role within the private security industry.
Possession of a master’s degree is an added advantage
Proficiency in financial management and budgetary oversight.
The candidate must possess strong technological aptitude and adaptability to various systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of security operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Quality Health and Safety Responsibilities
Ensure your own safety and health and that of other persons who may be affected by your acts or omissions at the workplace (these other persons include fellow employees, clients, customers etc.)
Co-operate with the QHSE department in the discharge of health and safety requirements.
