Job Description
Job Title: Field Activations Officer
Reports To: Marketing and Activations Supervisor
Locations: Mukono, Kampala, Wakiso, Soroti, Lira, Arua, Gulu, Moroto, Mbale, Hoima, Fort Portal, Mbarara, and Luwero
Job Summary:
The Field Activations Officer will support field marketing campaigns, customer engagement activities, product activations, and relationship management initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and execute field activation campaigns and promotional activities.
- Mobilize and engage potential customers during activations.
- Support field sales teams during marketing events and campaigns.
- Prepare activation reports and submit timely feedback to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and community stakeholders.
- Monitor activation performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure proper branding and visibility during field activities.
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence.
- Promote company products and services professionally.
- Ensure all field activities comply with company guidelines.
