Supervises: None
Job Purpose:
To manage and maintain the Bank’s enterprise systems ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. This role involves configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting enterprise applications and systems to support the Bank’s IT operations effectively.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage enterprise systems configurations to ensure optimal performance and security.
Continuously monitor enterprise systems performance, identify issues, and perform troubleshooting to resolve problems.
Implement and maintain security measures for enterprise systems, including access controls and data protection.
Maintain accurate documentation of systems configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective support and maintenance.
Ensure enterprise systems operations comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Provide technical support for enterprise systems-related issues and perform routine maintenance tasks.
Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Team Leader Systems Infrastructure from time to time.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications:
A First or Upper Second-Class degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems Engineering, or a closely related field.
Professional certifications in network management (CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+), IT Service Management (ITIL), Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2), or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
Work Experience:
At least five years of relevant experience in enterprise systems engineering.
Age:
Between 30 and 38 years at the close of the advert.

Proficiency in enterprise systems configuration management and maintenance.
Strong understanding of systems security principles and best practices.
Experience in systems performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
Ability to manage and configure enterprise systems and applications.
