Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven and client-focused Enterprise Account Manager to grow and manage our portfolio of enterprise customers across Uganda.

Position Summary

The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for managing key corporate and enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth, and building long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to identify opportunities that turn customer needs into business success.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Account Management & Client Relationships

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise and corporate clients.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Cross-sell and upsell Faibanet’s connectivity and IT solutions.

Customer Needs & Solutions

  • Understand client business needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with technical and support teams to deliver high-quality services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Negotiation & Contract Management

  • Lead commercial negotiations and close enterprise-level deals.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and service agreements.
  • Ensure contracts meet both client and company objectives.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Provide regular performance and market feedback to management.
