Job Description
The Parts Assistant will support the parts department in managing inventory, processing orders, and providing customer support for automotive parts. This role ensures the smooth operation of the parts department and contributes to customer satisfaction.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and organizing automotive parts inventory
- Receive, store, and issue parts accurately and efficiently
- Support the parts team in processing customer orders and inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and deliveries
- Help in tracking shipments and liaising with suppliers
- Ensure the parts department is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to parts-related inquiries
- Assist with any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor
