Job Description
ASA Microfinance (U) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Data Centre & Cloud Mgt Officer to oversee and manage its physical and cloud-based infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring the continuous availability and performance of IT services that support the organisation's microfinance operations.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain physical data center infrastructure and cloud service environments.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of all critical services.
- Implement and manage robust backup, recovery, and business continuity plans.
- Ensure that security protocols and compliance standards are strictly adhered to across all infrastructure.
- Coordinate with IT teams for system upgrades, migrations, and technical troubleshooting.
- Optimize cloud resource utilization and manage operational costs.
