How to Apply
Timely collection of data at COE and different wards at Mulago NRH and entry in EMR system
Support compilation and submission of periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) from source registers and electronic data bases at the clinic.
Conduct regular data cleaning and validation to identify and rectify inconsistencies, missing data, and errors, ensuring that the data is reliable and can be used for decision-making.
Support records management through filing, retrieval and archival of patient records at Baylor COE clinic
Build capacity of staff in data collection and capture in EMR systems though training and mentorship.
Maintain strict adherence to data privacy policies, ensuring the security of sensitive patient data and compliance with national and international standards.
Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Diploma in Records Management, Computer Science, IT or another related field.
Work experience of at least 1 year experience in managing HIV data.
