Job Description
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer interactions in French and English via chat and other digital communication platforms. Key duties include addressing product or service questions, supporting order processing, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring positive customer experiences. The role requires staying updated on product knowledge and company policies, maintaining accurate records of all interactions, and collaborating with team leads and trainers to achieve performance targets. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, tech-savvy, adaptable, and committed to delivering professional and friendly support while working flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Provide bilingual customer support via chat and other communication channels
Assist clients with orders, product inquiries, and general service support
Handle customer complaints and provide timely, effective solutions
Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions
Keep up to date with product information, policies, and industry developments
Collaborate with supervisors and training teams to meet performance goals
Work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude at all times
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
Proficiency in French (B2–C1 level) and English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Tech-savvy with willingness to learn new systems quickly
Positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
Strong teamwork and willingness to adapt in a dynamic environment
