Job Description
The Commercial Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to support M-KOPA’s commercial objectives. This includes developing marketing campaigns, product marketing plans, customer insights programs, and brand communication strategies to drive adoption, conversion and retention. The role requires partnership with cross-functional teams including product, sales, customer success and communications to ensure consistent messaging and engagement across channels. The successful candidate will oversee campaign performance, analyse market and consumer data, and optimize marketing strategies to achieve business growth targets.

Qualifications

Master’s degree is an added advantage
Experience
Demonstrated experience in commercial or product marketing
Experience in digital-first, high-growth environment preferred
Experience in consumer-focused communications, brand building, and product marketing
Knowledge of African consumer markets and fintech or tech-enabled products preferred
