Job Description
The Customer Service Apprentice supports the end-to-end processing of operational files by creating, updating and tracking shipments in the business software while ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
They coordinate actions across internal teams and stakeholders in line with SOPs, following up on customs, transport and delivery processes under supervision.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Supports the end-to-end processing of operational files by creating, updating and tracking shipments in the business software.
- Ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate actions across internal teams and stakeholders in line with SOPs.
- Following up on customs, transport and delivery processes under supervision.
- Basic financial and documentation checks.
- Escalation of discrepancies and operational issues to management.
