Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain procurement plans for PIM Plus activities
- Process procurement requests in compliance with PPDA and World Bank procurement guidelines
- Prepare bidding documents, evaluate bids, and recommend contract awards
- Monitor contract performance and maintain proper procurement records
- Coordinate with implementing MDAs on procurement activities and provide guidance
- Prepare procurement reports for the OTC and World Bank as required
- Support procurement capacity building across implementing agencies
- Any other duties assigned by the Coordinator/REAP
