How to Apply
Contact clients to follow up on loan repayments.
Monitor motorcycle tracking devices and report suspicious activities (including nights/weekends as necessary).
Coordinate tracker removals and bike detail updates for resold or transferred units.
Prepare and upload client contracts into the internal AP system.
Disburse motorcycles to clients based on approved disbursement lists.
Follow up on insurance claims and documentation.
Issue release letters to clients and attend to walk-in inquiries.
Analyze client loan performance and resolve related issues.
Maintain a healthy loan portfolio by initiating recovery actions on delinquent loans.
Distribute 3rd party registration stickers and assist clients in processing permits.
Stay informed about new loan products and customer needs.
Conduct compliance-related field visits and manage the assigned loan portfolio.
Negotiate payment terms with delinquent clients.
Recommend eligible clients for repeat loans.
Share weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Promote Asaak’s financial products and educate customers.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Microfinance, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in credit management, loan collections, or portfolio handling.
Prior experience as a loan officer is an added advantage.
Familiarity with Boda Boda financing is a plus.
Key Competencies
Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
Competence in smartphone/computer usage and Google applications.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to ride a motorcycle and possession of a valid Class A license is a strong advantage.
