Job Description
Job Title: Credit Analyst
Organisation: Mogo Uganda
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Mogo is seeking a skilled and experienced Credit Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in assessing creditworthiness, managing risk, and supporting business planning initiatives. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct thorough risk analysis to identify potential credit issues.
Assist in business analysis and planning to support strategic decision-making.
Demonstrate tenacity and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
Apply analytical skills with a keen attention to detail in reviewing credit applications and financial statements.
Collaborate with team members and manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth credit processes.
Utilize good writing and typing skills to prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
Qualifications in Credit Management (certifications or courses).
Minimum of three years of experience in credit analysis or a related field.
