Job Title: Corporate Sales Executive

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Job Summary:
On behalf of our client in the Media and Broadcasting Sector, we are looking for a competent and experienced Corporate Sales Executive to be based in Kampala
The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for developing, maintaining and nurturing corporate business through Advertising agencies and other corporate organizations.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Selling the company’s airtime.
Develop sales strategy.
Develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
Keep the company’s corporate clients informed of the progress and changes in programmes.
Develop and keep a database of corporate market intelligence.
Maintain and develop links with advertising agencies and corporate advertisers.
Develop and carry out marketable promotions with advertisers.
Attend the monthly Heads of Department meetings.
Create an evaluation and assessment system for Corporate Sales.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration or related field
Master’s Degree in Business Administration is an advantage
Five years’ experience in sales and marketing
Experience in marketing and sales of commercial Broadcasting is an advantage.
Excellent sales skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
