Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years in a senior technology leadership role (e.g., CTO, VP of Engineering).
Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing technical teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Strategic and innovative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Deep understanding of regulatory environments (GDPR, POPIA, etc.).
Strong expertise in software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies like AI, blockchain, and cloud computing.
Experience in scaling technology within high-growth organizations.
