Job Description
Fourteen Twenty Resto Bar is seeking skilled and service-driven Captains to lead front-of-house service teams and ensure outstanding guest experiences. The successful candidates will supervise waitstaff, coordinate service flow, and maintain the highest standards of hospitality.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise waitstaff to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
- Welcome and attend to guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Coordinate table assignments, reservations, and service timing.
- Ensure food and beverage service standards are consistently met.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Train and mentor service staff on menu knowledge and service etiquette.
- Monitor cleanliness and presentation of the service areas.
- Support supervisors and management in daily operations.
