Job Title: Call Centre Supervisor

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
The Call Centre Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the call centre team to ensure excellent customer service delivery and the achievement of performance targets. This role involves monitoring agent performance, coaching staff, handling escalated customer issues, and ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies and standards.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Staff performance Management.
Work force planning & Work Allocation.
Staff Training and Development.
Skip Tracing of Loan Defaulters.
Reporting and Analysis.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Work experience in the same field for a minimum of 2 years.
Degree in a business-related field
Experience in leading teams.
