Job Description
Chemonics International Inc. is seeking a Receptionist to manage front office operations, welcome and assist visitors, handle calls, and support routine administrative tasks to ensure the efficient running of the GHSC-PSM project office.

How to Apply
Greet and professionally attend to all visitors
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls
Dispatch official correspondence and publications
Handle international calls and maintain contact databases
Maintain the office filing system for front desk records
Assist in photocopying and binding official documents
Support logistical arrangements for meetings and workshops
Help manage office supplies and monitor inventory
Coordinate staff transportation when needed
Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role
Basic computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software
Strong multitasking and clerical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, phone etiquette, and active listening
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
