Job Description
To receive, keep and provide records according to established standards and procedures.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Receiving, sorting and opening mail;
Dispatching mail;
Filing correspondences;
Forwarding files for action;
Monitoring file movement;
Maintaining a ‘Bring Up’ (BU) diary;
Carrying out file census; and 8) Weeding files.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
(a) Academic Qualifications
A Honor’s Bachelor’s Degree in either Records and Archives Management or Library and Information Science or its equivalent from a recognized awarding Institution.
(b) Work Experience Nil
