Job Description
To provide secretarial services and office managerial services
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Taking dictation accurately, transcribing it and typing drafts;
Preparing reports, presentations and minutes;
Identifying, managing and operating office facilities, equipment and machines;
Preparing responses to routine correspondence and disseminate information appropriately;
Ensuring security of records, documents and equipment in assigned offices;
Drawing up and monitoring programs, activities and appointments;
Receiving and attending to visitors and clients;
Receiving and dispatching documents; and 9) Maintaining and accounting for office imprest
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
a) Academic Qualifications:
A Honor’s Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Studies or Bachelor’s Degree in Information and Office Management or equivalent qualifications from a recognized awarding Institution.
