Job Summary:
To acquire business from potential Employee Banking clients whilst providing the appropriate service standards through engagement of individual new-to-bank (NTB) clients who are employees of corporations with whom Wealth & Retail Banking (WRB) has established a relationship with.

How to Apply
Identify and onboard NTB clients (any segment) who are employees of corporations with whom WRB has established a relationship with (primarily Corporate & Investment Banking clients)
Meet annual sales budget expectations for the business through Inbound and outbound sales strategies, including on-site marketing and corporate employee outreach
Conduct remote and in-person meetings to explain banking propositions, complete Know Your Customer (KYC)checks, and set up anchor products.
Cross-sell retail banking products and refer clients to specialists for additional services.
Educate clients on digital banking tools, ATMs, Client Centre and branch services.
Uphold the bank’s Code of Conduct and regulatory guidelines.
Adhere to anti-money laundering (AML) and customer due diligence (CDD) protocols.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and report suspicious transactions promptly.
Skills and Experience
Strong communication, negotiation and bargaining , and relationship-building skills.
At least 2 years’ experience in a sales role.
Presentation skills
Ability to collaborate effectively and deliver client-centric solutions.
