Job Description
The Business Banking Coverage Graduate Programme offers exposure to various industries and sectors while developing expertise in client relationship management and financial solutions. Participants will support Relationship Managers with administrative functions, compliance, and operational tasks for allocated portfolios. The programme emphasizes building analytical capabilities and a deep understanding of financial ecosystems to deliver high-value solutions to clients. Graduates will also contribute to credit portfolio execution, ensuring alignment with compliance and operational standards.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Build and retain a portfolio of high-value Premium and Growth Segment relationships.
Partner with clients using an ecosystem mindset to provide tailored financial solutions.
Assist Relationship Managers in portfolio management, administrative tasks, and compliance.
Act as the central contact point for clients, ensuring efficient sales and service fulfillment.
Support credit portfolio execution, adhering to compliance and operational guidelines.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications:
FAIS-accredited Undergraduate or Honours Degree in one of the following fields:
BCom Accounting
BCom Finance
BCom Economics
BCom Agricultural Economics
BCom Economic Sciences with Agricultural Economics and Risk Management
BSc Agriculture: Agricultural Economic Analysis
The qualification must be completed by 31 December 2025.
Experience:
Work experience (if any) should not exceed 12 months.
Additional Requirements:
Must be a South African citizen.
Full academic transcripts for undergraduate and postgraduate studies must accompany the application.
