Job Description
The Workplace Experience Student will support various marketing projects within Tiger Brands, working cross-functionally to solve problems and contribute to business objectives. The role is designed to provide real-world experience in a structured work environment, allowing the intern to gain meaningful exposure to marketing operations and strategy. The intern will be expected to assist with project execution, apply critical thinking, and complete a Work Integrated Learning project under the guidance of a line manager.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Support marketing project work assigned by the Line Manager
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Apply problem-solving skills to real-world challenges
Contribute to assigned business objectives
Complete a structured Work Integrated Learning project
Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the department
Learn and apply best practices in marketing operations

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Marketing Management
Must be a citizen of South Africa and based in Bryanston
Final-year student or recent graduate with less than one year of full-time work experience in their field of study
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
Legally authorized to work in South Africa
