Job Description
The Personal & Private Banking (PPB) Wealth and Investment Graduate Programme at Standard Bank is designed for recently qualified graduates aiming to build careers in relationship banking. Participants will rotate through various departments, gaining exposure to different organizational functions through both virtual and face-to-face immersions. The programme includes formal training, mentorship by experienced Coaches, and practical learning experiences, with the objective to achieve all set milestones by the end of the programme. Graduates will enhance their client engagement skills, understand financial planning processes, and contribute to the broader wealth management goals of the bank.

How to Apply
Participate in rotational work assignments across various departments within Wealth and Investment.
Engage in both virtual and in-person work immersion experiences.
Complete relevant training programs (online and classroom-based).
Work closely with Coaches and client service teams.
Apply relationship banking concepts and deliver excellent client service.
Present insights and findings to stakeholders.
Achieve all programme milestones as outlined in the Job Description and Performance Contract.
FAIS-accredited Honours qualification in:
BCom Financial Planning
BCom Business Management
Honours qualification must be completed by 31 December 2025.
Must be a South African citizen.
Work experience should not exceed 12 months.
Full academic transcripts (undergraduate and postgraduate) must be submitted with the application.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for client relationship management and financial services.
