Job Description
As an Intern Estate Agent, you will be responsible for the successful marketing and selling of properties, with a focus on growing the company’s market share in Tsakane. You will be expected to provide top-tier customer service, uphold the Pam Golding brand values, and continuously develop your skills in the property field. The role requires someone with a strong sales mindset, great interpersonal skills, and the resilience to work in a commission-based environment while completing the necessary real estate qualifications.
Candidates must be prepared to register with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA), obtain their Candidate Estate Agent Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC), and complete an accredited NQF4 real estate qualification. Applicants must be financially prepared to support themselves during the initial 6 to 8 months before earning commission.

How to Apply
Generate leads and collect property information
Canvas and list properties for sale
Organize property photography and home staging
Visit clients and present property valuations and area knowledge
Plan and execute property marketing campaigns
Organize and attend show days
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
Monitor and manage the sales process through to transfer
Liaise with stakeholders including mortgage brokers, conveyancers, and other estate agents
Provide informed advice to buyers and sellers
Stay updated with local market trends and developments

Education & Certification Requirements:
Register with PPRA
Obtain Candidate Estate Agent FFC
Complete accredited NQF 4 qualification

Essential Requirements:
Matric
Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
Own laptop/tablet and mobile phone
Must reside in or near Tsakane
Financially self-sufficient for 6–8 months before commission income
Skills and Competencies:
