Preparation, supervision, and review of concept notes, pre-qualification documents, expression of interest documents, and proposals.

Track and follow up to ensure that all submissions are made ahead of time.

Execution of all client assignments/projects assigned to by the supervisor: The tasks to be undertaken may include but not limited to the following;

• Provide in-depth knowledge and expertise in hardware components, configurations, and deployment strategies.

• Collaborate with clients to assess their hardware requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in hardware technology to provide innovative recommendations.

• Lead cybersecurity assessments and provide recommendations for securing information systems and networks.

• Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and practices to safeguard client assets.

• Stay updated on emerging cyber threats and proactively address potential vulnerabilities.

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of ICT projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.

• Develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage project timelines to achieve successful outcomes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and optimize project delivery.

• Engage with clients to understand their business goals and technological needs.

• Provide strategic guidance on technology solutions and ensure alignment with clients’ overall business objectives.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and delivery of high-quality solutions.

• Create comprehensive documentation for hardware configurations, cybersecurity measures, and project implementations.

• Ensure that technical documentation is clear, concise, and easily understandable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the business development team to understand client requirements and tailor proposals to address specific needs.

Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Provide support to other departments/Units either in bid preparation related activities or project implementation related activities whenever required.
