How to Apply
Oversee daily IT operations and cloud services.
Administer HRIS/ERP/CRM/project tools and integrations.
Own data governance, protection, backups, and retention.
Deliver analytics dashboards and ad-hoc insights.
Maintain cybersecurity posture and user awareness.
Manage IT vendors, contracts, and procurement.
Provide responsive helpdesk support and staff training.
Maintain asset inventory and license compliance.
Implement/test disaster recovery and continuity plans.
Prepare compliance/audit evidence and reports.
Lead scoped IT change projects and report on progress.

Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Information Systems/ICT/Data Science or related; postgraduate/certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, ITIL, AWS/GCP) are an added advantage.
3–5+ years in IT systems administration and data management; NGO/consulting/donor-funded context preferred.
Hands-on: network admin (routing, switching, VPNs), Windows Server/Linux, and cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP).
Proven dashboarding/BI skills (Power BI/Tableau/Metabase) and SQL databases.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, backups, and continuity planning.
Familiarity with HRIS/Finance systems, APIs/integrations, and donor reporting is a plus.
Vendor/procurement/budget tracking experience.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and end-user training skills.
High integrity, confidentiality, and customer-service mindset; ability to explain technical matters simply.
