The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will provide prompt and exceptional customer service in the Food & Beverage Department, including Amber Restaurant, Times Bar, Pool Bar, and Room Service. The role aims to maximize client satisfaction, achieve outlet objectives, and ensure adherence to budgets, service levels, operational standards, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

  • A minimum of a Degree in Hotel Management.

  • At least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in a 4- or 5-star full-service hotel operation at a supervisory or management level.
