Your mission: to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and accountability across our entire inventory lifecycle—including motorcycles, batteries, spare parts, swap cabinets, tools, and station equipment.
You’ll lead the design of scalable systems for stock control, implement data-driven inventory processes, and bridge the gap between Operations and Finance. This is a key role in streamlining our supply chain as we expand.

Build a unified inventory system to replace scattered spreadsheets.
Develop a comprehensive SKU master with codes, UoMs, categories, and BOMs.
Implement barcode/QR-based tracking for stock movement.
Conduct weekly reconciliations (GRNs, POs, invoices, stock ledgers).
Launch and maintain dashboards tracking inventory KPIs (stock-outs, shrinkage, aging, etc.).
Warehouse Setup & Operations
Design and manage warehouse layout, security, HSE compliance, and 5S systems.
Develop SOPs for receiving, storing, issuing, returns, and non-conformance handling.
Train and supervise storekeepers; run cycle and quarterly physical counts.
Procure-to-Stock System Integration
Set up stock catalogs in Precoro with proper SKU coding and approval flows.
Ensure PR → PO → GRN alignment and procurement system compliance.
Train users and monitor stock purchasing discipline.
Fixed Assets & Tagging
Clean and maintain the fixed asset register in sync with Finance.
Tag and track all assets, documenting location, custodian, and condition.
Support audits, transfers, disposals, and asset capitalization.
Motorbike Custody & Documentation
Maintain complete ownership documentation (logbooks, registration, insurance).
Track all motorbike custody and transfers up to the point of sale or deployment.
Ensure handover documents are complete and auditable.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Define RACI with Inventory, Procurement, Logistics, Tech Ops, and Finance.
Run weekly stock reviews to address slow-movers, stock-outs, and replenishments.
Establish internal SLAs and escalation paths for urgent stock needs.
Controls, Risk & Audit Readiness
Enforce segregation of duties and implement variance thresholds.
Investigate discrepancies and lead corrective actions.
Maintain documentation for all stock movement and approvals.
Ensure HSE compliance and oversee correct insurance/import documentation.
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
Inventory system live with SKU master and top 100 SKUs barcoded and tracked.
Warehouse fully operational with SOPs in place and opening variances reconciled.
Stock min–max levels set; weekly inventory reviews started.
Procurement flow implemented with 90%+ of stock purchases processed in Precoro.
Fixed asset register cleaned and tagged; 100% high-value assets verified.
Motorbike documentation standardized; 100% of in-custody bikes compliant.
