Job Description
Our client is in need of a detail-oriented and organized Stores Assistant to support the efficient operation of their stores function. The successful candidate will assist with receiving, issuing, and recording materials and supplies.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing materials and supplies
- Issue items as authorized and maintain proper records of stock movements
- Update inventory records and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels
- Support regular stock counts and reconciliations
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety within the store
- Report damaged, expired, or low-stock items to the Property Manager
