Job Title: Area Manager – Busoga Region

Job Summary:
The Area Manager will oversee the sales and operational activities, planning, direction, and management of the sales team within their designated area. Successful candidates will be responsible for implementing strategies to meet performance goals in relation to sales growth, market share, stakeholder relationship management and people management in the branches under their direct control. This person will report to the Division Executive – Sales & Operations.

How to Apply
Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related discipline.
A post graduate qualification in a related field.
Professional certification in sales, marketing or related fields is of advantage.
Experience & knowledge:
Minimum of five years’ experience in the financial services sector, three years of which must have been at regional management and/or department supervisory level in the sales function.
Experience in the payroll lending sector is an advantage.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to cultivate a high-performance culture within the team.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong relationship building skills with stakeholders.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, self-driven, and energetic.
